    Five feel-good habits for 2019

    Yep, it’s that time of the year again!  Probably like a lot of people, I’m not a champion at keeping up with my resolutions. Yet instead of beating myself up for giving up – and truth be told, not remembering – last year’s resolutions, I’ve decided to compile a list of five feel-good habits.     I love Apple’s Christmas campaign. Actually, I still remember last year’s commercial featuring Sam Smith’s song Palace.  I even remember the opening lyrics: My head is filled with ruins Most of them are build with you.       As one individual among seven billion others currently inhabiting this planet, I  often wonder how we actually manage to make it work on a daily basis.  And I guess the fact that I just recently moved from a tiny city to a very big one can only emphasize that line of reasoning.
